arizona real estate for canadian buyers: New Homes in Arizona - Phoenix Metro New and Nearly New Homes for Sale - 03/15/12 04:00 AM

Inventory is at its lowest number in years!!  There are less than 23, 073 homes for sale on the ARMLS system that covers the greater Phoenix area in Arizona (March 2012).  It’s exciting to see model home sites full of potential customers.  As builders sell a certain number of homes, they raise their prices – supply and demand.  It costs nothing to use a realtor when buying a home.  We are the real estate experts for new homes in Arizona.  We work for our clients to find them the best location and price, saving them time and money.

Al attended high school in New Jersey, just outside of Asbury Park (the easiest landmark). He couldn't wait to see sunshine, so he chose Arizona to attend college. Northern Arizona University was noted for their criminal justice program. Dawn graduated from Kubasaki High School on Okinawa. She moved to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona. She finally received her degrees from Arizona State University in Tempe. Al traveled the world working for the federal government as a Naval Criminal Investigative Service agent. Dawn lived in the Phoenix area & worked as a teacher and counselor for over 30 years. One night at Ruffino's Italian Restaurant, they met, fell in love & have been together ever since. Now, both retired from service careers, they decided to put their life experiences to work in a different realm - they entered the real estate profession at the end of the market surge. It was a lonnnggg slide downward - some might call it an E- ride! But, through the entire downturn, they've enjoyed helping young couples find their first home, retirees find the ideal community, & young families choose the perfect neighborhoods.
