Last week we helped a client relocating to Greater Portland get a very nice, and new (2004) contemporary colonial under contract. The property had it all: Less the 3 mi to the ocean this exquisite single level, open concept home with a large master bedroom suite, gourmet kitchen with granite and maticulous new lawn with irrigation was exactly what our client was looking for in a home. The inspection revealed some septic concerns that have been worked out satisfactorily for all parties. Other than that the inspection uncovered some common minor issues, but no deal breakers.
