Pending sales and new listings both decreased by 24.1% and 10.2%, respectively. Yellow is a very low "threat' of radon Orange is a medium "threat" of radon Red is a very high "threat" of radon Everyone that argues there is no threat for radon in Oregon always points to this map. The maps were originally developed by the National Geodesic society based on the likelihood of certain mineral deposits being present.
