1672 Square Foot Home Wins National Design Award I am amazed that this year's winner of the 2012 Gold Award for Best Architectural Design for a Single Family Detached Home Under 2,500 Square Feet was The Siena at Laguna Altura in Irvine, California built by Irvine Pacific. I am not surprised by the builder; Irvine Pacific is terrific, nor the house- it is gorgeous. I am just amazed that a home close to 900 square feet below the maximum requirement had enough to offer to win!
