Everyday I wake up and think, "Is today the day when the housing market hits the brakes?" For many of us 2008 through 2011 was a scary, unpredictable period of time when it felt like there was no bottom to the fall of the housing market. However, 2012 came and we began seeing babysteps towards a recovering housing market. Fast forward to June 2013 and we are well on our way to an almost recovered market.
