I remember when my husband and I were shopping for our first home. We were recently wed, expecting, and excited to start our family in our dream home. I can't say that the experience was all happy...we were under a lot of stress. Being inexperienced homebuyers, we had a huge list of things we wanted in our new home. As we started our search and looking at one house after the other, we quickly realized that our list was truly unrealistic.
