A few weeks ago, before and in anticipation of the poor July sales number, some of Keller Williams' best minds got together and came up with a new Stimulus Plan.  This one would not be government run and would apply to every Buyer in the market.  Here's how the new program works.

The short answer is … Yes, No and Maybe. 
We did slightly mortgage our future Real Estate Market by providing the tax credit to qualifying Buyers and Sellers.  Those who may otherwise have waited until this summer or next spring bought homes prior to April 30th in order to qualify for the Tax Credit.  However, we now have interest rates that are lower than they ever have been in modern history.  With fixed rates as low as 4%, interest rates have become the new “Tax Credit” driving the market.  With interest rates so low, Buyers have the ability to buy more … (19 comments)
