Be careful if you are using Craigslist to find rentals or homes to purchase. The scam artist are back and they are praying on victims. Remember if it sounds to good to be true. "Then It probably is." There MO is usually listing a home for rent or for sale for a loss less than normal and stating they are just temporarily moving and are looking for someone to cover the payment etc...
