Indian Point is a nuclear power energy generation facility on the east bank of the Hudson River in Westchester County, NY. It is owned and operated by Entergy Nuclear. This facility is close to portions of Orange, Rockland and Putnam Counties in New York State. Officials of these counties have developed a comprehensive emergency plan, in cooperation with New York State and Entergy Nuclear.
