A new program called "Second Chances" will be offered by the Orange-Ulster BOCES Office of Adult and Continuing Education. The new program plans on supporting young people in obtaining their GED. The program will work with youth between the ages of 16 through 21 who are not currently enrolled in school. The program will be available at the BOCES in Middletown and Port Jervis.
