Looks like we may getting an extension on the October 1st deadline from before on all cities in NWA going to take away RD except for Pea Ridge. It was announced last week that the RD loans as long as there is funding will be around for another year.
IMPORTANT RD NEWS!
The news from RD today is that we will continue to do RD loans in the current eligibility areas until further notice.(most likely for about another year)

Goodwill not a new concept at all but recently I have seen these types of stores increase in business. It may be due to the economy, cutting back in every area that you can to save alittle. Have you heard the nightmare stories of people getting foreclosed on that are having trouble but not yet at the point of foreclosure? I have heard on different TV news shows how banks are not thoroughly going over clients files, they are simply having someone go out and change the locks on their homes and in some cases breaking in their homes and changing the locks.
