I hear often as a real estate agent that buyers are on the fence about buying, they are still not ready to pull the trigger when it comes to buying a home. I can give you plenty of reasons that pulling the trigger now more than ever is a great idea. Interest rates are at their lowest!!! 3.0, 3.5%? (this alone should be enough) Prices are low and more affordable than ever! Right now you can get more house for your money! The inventory is high, meaning plenty of homes to choose from! Goodwill not a new concept at all but recently I have seen these types of stores increase in business. It may be due to the economy, cutting back in every area that you can to save alittle. I know for me it is so much more fun to shop and find a good deal. It is a challenge and a great experience all at the same time.
