This is good news for our area with all that happened a few years ago, we had empty subdivisions and most builders stopped building. I hear often as a real estate agent that buyers are on the fence about buying, they are still not ready to pull the trigger when it comes to buying a home. I can give you plenty of reasons that pulling the trigger now more than ever is a great idea.

If you have worked in number of short sales you know each one is very different, no two alike that I have found.  This last one I had was approved after months of waiting and two different buyers but because the bank had paid to postpone the foreclosure date they said we are not doing it again so for this to happen we need the buyer or seller to pay us a $1,000 and we will postpone the date and move forward.  Again the bank says to us the short sale is approved.
