lowell: RD loans in NWA - 09/17/12 01:28 AM
Looks like we may getting an extension on the October 1st deadline from before on all cities in NWA going to take away RD except for Pea Ridge. It was announced last week that the RD loans as long as there is funding will be around for another year.

The news from RD today is that we will continue to do RD loans in the current eligibility areas until further notice.(most likely for about another year)

The new year brings new roads, new doors, new opportunities and new challenges! The reason for the title is in the short two months we had so far this year has taught me to reach deep inside to find what is most important in life and that is FAMILY!! Hi there,
If your looking to move to the Northwest Arkansas area I have two great homes that will go RD if you qualify because they are in rural development areas. One is in Centerton Arkansas which is minutes away from the home office of Wal-mart Inc and the one in Lowell Arkansas is minutes from JB Hunt, the two major employers of this area.
