Not for Real Estate sellers!Why sell a house in the lazy hazt heat of August, when people are uninterested and out of town on vacation?Heres why:August is one of the biggest transfer months for relocating buyers.Buyers want to secure a home now before school starts in the fall.The inventory of houses for sale is very low - meaning your property has less competition for buyers. Homes in the Indian Spring Neigborhood were originally built as Golf Course or Country Club Homes. The area was developed around the Old Indian Spring Country Club & Golf Course in the early 1930's. When Country Club moved out to Layhill Road in mid 1950's, the grounds and buildings became the home of the Silver Spring YMCA.
