I wanted to share some valuable information regarding recent statistics for the Grapevine, Texas real estate market.
As a local agent and home owner it's imperative to be on top of the market. Recent stats reflect growing inventory, number of sales declining and longer days-on-market. Inventory has been so low for so long we’re hoping to see a continued increase. We’re not getting the number of showings we’ve had in the past and not as many multiple offers.
