Why it's SO important to hire the right agent I just got off the phone with a past client that said he has some friends (he didn't know they were even looking) that were looking to move by him and had placed an offer on a home $30k over asking price. He said they didn't get the house because theirs was a contingency offer. Their offer was $10k over the offer that the sellers chose. I explained how if they had used me then they'd have that house.
