While I believe that compliance to the CRMLS rules is good on the whole, we should expect to find some bad apples in any barrel. And some good apples make genuine mistakes too.
There's a rule about "Inaccurate Information" and that is covered by MLS Rule 8.3 which states that "All fields within the MLS are to disclose accurate information to the best of the listing agent’s and listing … (4 comments)
