We don't typically see a lot of turnover in this neighborhood, because it's a place that people love to call home. The location makes it easy to commute to Delta or Cedaredge. This neighborhood sits between Delta and Cedaredge. It has wonderful buyer appeal. That's due to the nice mountain views and the well made ranch style homes.
