Real estate activity has been slow in the Pioneer Place neighborhood. I believe that is mainly due to the lack of homes that have been on the market. This is a great neighborhood near the high school and not too far away from the hospital. At this time there are no homes on the market. In 2016 five homes sold. Two of them were bank owned homes that needed work. They sold for way less than market value. It's been a while since I've done a real estate market report on Pioneer Place. That's because there hasn't been anything to report. This is a wonderful neighborhood with a great price point. The location is near the bypass route so if you are wanting to live in Delta, CO but need to commute to Montrose or Grand Junction...the location makes it easy.
