What a day. It's been an entire day without the basic services we've all become spoiled with. There's no banking, no credit card or bank card transactions. You can't buy anything at the grocery store unless you have cash. Cedaredge was almost shut down. I've heard this situation also plagued Hotchkiss, Paonia and Crawford. As of this afternoon the town of Delta seems to be immune. THE INTERNET IS DOWN!!! What's a person to do?! We had people stopping in the office today wanting property information. We couldn't do it. Today I had the pleasure of looking at a house on the side of Grand Mesa. What's neat about this area is the view. Today was a bit special because of the clouds that came in. We've had rain off and on since yesterday. This is the view of the Surface Creek Area from the side of Grand Mesa. This includes the small mountain towns of Cedaredge, Eckert, Austin and Cory.
