Actually if you haven't renewed by now, you are late. I don't believe there's a late fee, but check with the town on this. The town would like to have all dog/cat licenses renewed by the end of January. If you had an previous license, then you have already received a notice in the mail reminding you to renew. While Grand Mesa is known as the world's largest flap topped mountain, it has it's ups and downs. It does appear to be very flat, but once you get on top you can see the topography is rolling with some peaks including Crater Peak, Green Mountain and the Crag Crest.
