Everything is Moving a Bit Slower Than Usual. Or maybe I should say, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. While we only got a few inches of snow, it's enough to make driving dangerous.
The falling snow really boosted my Christmas Spirit. I always look forward to the first couple of snowfalls every year. We are experiencing a winter drought in my area of Western Colorado. Our snow packs are way behind normal, and we need the water to fill the lakes and reservoirs for next year's irrigation water and drinking water. So I'm not complaining...just explaining.
