I still chuckle when I think of the two different occasions when buyers expected me to find a house by the color. This happened to me several years ago and just recently. Unfortunately our MLS doesn't filter search criteria by house color. With only the house color for information, it's a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack. Can you narrow down where you saw the house and anything else about it that would make it easier for me to find? That was my response.
