Scenes From The 2013 Hotchkiss, CO Sheep Dog Trials. It was really amazing to watch the herding dogs in action, but there was much more to the event. There was sheep shearing, yarn spinning and beading. It was a good ole country time at the Hotchkiss Sheep Dog Trials. The weather couldn't have been any more perfect with temperature in the mid 70s. The Town of Hotchkiss was very welcoming to it's guest and there was a big community yard sale and several smaller yard sales. Make sure you pay special attention to the sheep shearer.
