This neighborhood sits on the eastern town limits and one side of it backs up to open space. It's not of the newer neighborhoods in Cedaredge, CO, but it's one that people love to call home. There hasn't been any change to the real estate sales and listing activity since last month's market report. There are two homes on the market. This quiet little subdivision sits on the east side near the town limits. Some of the homes back up to open space. There are no thru streets so there is very little traffic. Most of the homes are ranch style with three bedrooms. On the east side of the neighborhood there is a wide open pasture that allows for good views of Cedar Mesa.
