Warning... This post has no real estate value, but you might learn something about me. 
Cas (my husband) worked for United Parcel Service (UPS) for over 20 years and retired from "Big Brown" to pursue a career in Real Estate.  Even though he was a manager, he wore "browns" as the uniforms are affectionately called when on road or during the peak holiday season when everyone works countless hours to get all the Christmas gifts delivered. 
The man doesn't own anything brown anymore, and probably never will.

1.  Attend an Atlanta Braves Spring Training Game at Disney's Wide World of Sports.  We have been attending the games for the past several years and there is nothing like a day at the ballpark with a hot-dog and a coke.  It's the all American pastime and at the end of the game the kids get to run the bases... it is a riot.  Tickets are still available!

Seminole County is a great place to live and The Historic City of Sanford is ready to get you in the Holiday Spirit!  Sanford is presenting their Christmas in the Square this Friday, November 30 at 6:00 pm.  The event features live entertainment, face painters, balloon artists and the official tree-lighting ceremony.  Santa will be arriving in Magnolia Square at 6:00 pm.

events: November 18th - Winter Springs - 26th Annual Holiday Parade - 11/14/07 09:40 AM

Looking for something to do this Sunday instead of a long exhausting trip to the Mall?  Get your holidays off to a good start and join the fun in Winter Springs for the 26th Annual Holiday Parade. 
The parade route starts at Winter Springs Elementary (SR 434) at 2:30 pm and continues to Victoria Square Plaza.  Bands from Winter Springs Elementary, Lyman High School and Tuskawilla Prep School are scheduled to perform.  Also there is a "Special Guest" scheduled to arrive from the North Pole.  This event is always a favorite among young and old alike.
