Denis Hayes was born in Wisconsin, but spent much of his youth growing up in our charming small town. It’s pretty cool to know it was our pristine surroundings that gave birth to such passion. Although, he credits seeing Camas (and its populace) harmed by the local paper mill, at that time operating with no pollution controls, as a powerful motivator.

Former Iron Chef winner, Tim McCusker will open “Harvest,” next to the Camas Hotel on the corner of 4th Avenue and Cedar Street.
