We are so thrilled for one of our couple-clients They thought they were going to have to sell two other properties before purchasing a new home when something quite unexpected happened. They received notice of unknown funds - a goodly amount too. It's a pretty fun story, but not mine to tell. Alas, it has nothing to do with the "Nigerian Letter Scam."
