We are representing the buyers in the sale of this gorgeous 3,000 SQ FT one-level home with many custom upgrades and features. The .30 acre yard is simply stunning - not only is it extremely private, backing up to a permanent green space, but it's a wonderful habitat for birds and other small wildlife. The relocation couple will be moving here in a year or so, as they are not quite ready to retire.
