My 2024 Vision - A Canvas of Possibilities
Welcome to my “canvas of possibilities,” my vision board encapsulating my dreams, aspirations and intentions for 2024. On a personal level, it's a mosaic of joy, health, and connections, where dreams of travel, family and cherished moments with loved ones take visual form.

AI CAN be a Timesaver
I suffer from the same thing every content creator suffers from - not writer’s block - writer’s bottleneck! I’ve written the words, polished the paragraphs, done spell-check and when I’m all but ready to publish my latest blog post, I hit a wall. The search for that perfect graphic or photo is almost overwhelming sometimes. If I can’t find a photo in my 50,000+ personal library, or online from a service of which I am a member and sometimes, I can’t even muster up the creativity to put together a decent graphic! March to a Solution - Selling Homes from the Street Just DOESN'T Happen
I thought of titling this, "Come to Jesus Meeting" or "Meeting of the Minds," but this was not really a meeting of the minds - it was 100% a come-to-Jesus meeting! I didn't want to offend anyone using that phrase - which I may, admittedly, use too often! LOL

WOW! I remember last June’s challenge, sharing our thoughts on ‘Rising Above the Pandemic,’ hosted by Carol Williams & Anna Banana Kruchten CRS, CRB, Phoenix Broker. All I can say is thank goodness we have moved past the state we were in one year ago!

Who Thought a Pandemic Could Change Lives for the Better? Rising Above the Pandemic
Personally, this crazy pandemic could not have come at a more critical time in my life. I say that now because I don’t know what’s ahead but, at this juncture, the pandemic was a God-send in my personal life.
I’ve shared this with close friends and of course, my amazing husband, who has lived for nearly 25 years, with a workaholic. I remember growing up with a father who was one and to be honest, the man hung the moon in my eyes and the workaholism actually put another feather … (49 comments)

Tying that in with Lyn Sims' question about the election last week, made me think about some of the lessons we all learned during The Great Recession. While this is nothing remotely like the Great Recession, the pandemic has dealt us a different set of challenges - but, they are challenges just the same.

I was reminded of the Spanish proverb in the title when I was told by someone in a challenging business, “There’s nothing I can do to help my business right now - it’s not worth the fight.”

The reasons we are passionate about the game are many - some love the commercials, some have their hometown team playing the game, a relative playing in the game or we love getting together to share FOOD! This year, my reason is the last one - food!

Dog Days of Summer - Lake Style
I do a lot of business around the lake and one particular network of friends/clients is rather extensive - when one moves, they all tend to follow. I love hosting house-warming parties and this particular crew is so much fun! It seems we are celebrating someones birthday or someones new home a few times each year and honestly, some of the best times Ray and I have had together, have been with these crazy folks.
