Following a week of frigid temperatures throughout most of the nation, all eyes were on Pennsylvania's famed groundhog, Punxutawney Phil, this morning in the hopes of seeing some signs of relief.
Punxsutawney Phil, thankfully, delivered good news, failing to see his shadow. According to lore, Phil is predicting an early spring because he didn’t see his shadow! Now, don’t get too excited thought, Phil only has a 40% track record for accuracy!
