They say a black door sells homes faster than doors of any other color. While we're certainly not planning to sell anytime soon, it seemed like a good idea for our new space - so, we tried it.
According to studies, homes with black or charcoal gray front doors sell for $6,271 more than expected. I think if you’re contemplating selling and need a fresh coat of paint on your front door, it would definitely be worth the cost of the paint to change your curb appeal.
One photograph can have a greater impact on the sale of the home than any 'words' in the write-up of the home.
Truthfully, one photo won’t stand alone, and never does but, remember that with the sheer volume of potential buyers searching for Charlotte homes for sale online (93+%), vibrant photographs are a must to be included in your marketing.
