Prepping the lot can be tricky and on occasion, there are hiccups that you must also prepare for in the way of an 'emergency fund' when doing a custom build. I've been enjoying watching the new construction on a lot that had been vacant for quite some time across the street from me. This corner lot will be home to new neighbors and it looks like it's going to be spectacular! My new construction lender is handling the loan on this one and we can't wait to see the finished product.
It appears that the footprint of our neighbors' new home is taking up the bulk of the 1/3 acre lot. It seems that the structure is maxing out the city/county set-backs - I suppose every inch counts!
