As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in warm hues of yellow, orange and blue-gray, another gorgeous sunset graced the waters of Lake Wylie. Adding to this picturesque scene was the elegant silhouette of a Blue Heron, gracefully fishing along the water's edge. Its graceful movements and the gentle ripples it created blended seamlessly with its own reflection - a truly breathtaking view.

Tuesday's Treasures - Loving the Mimi Life 
Two weeks ago today, we were so very blessed to become first-time grandparents! We still have perma-grins and cannot wait to watch this precious baby grow up! 
Welcome Liam Dominic!  7 lbs, 11 oz, born January 4, 2022. Ray and I will be Deda & Mimi and can't wait to teach this precious boy to swim, fish and ski...and SO much more!

WILSON!!!
Did you see the movie Castaway? Yesterday, our group was discussing the movie at dinner. This morning, we awoke to this floating object in the Caribbean in Barbados!  We all have suites that adjoin one another and we share a large balcony on the ship. I saw this floating in the water about 7AM this morning and looked at Ray, who hadn't seen it yet and shouted, "WILSON!!" 
If you missed the movie, Tom Hanks was a FED/EX employee whose plane crashed; he wound up naming a volleyball 'Wilson' and nearly the entire movie was of him 'talking' to his only 'friend,' Wilson! … (38 comments)

Tuesday's Treasures - Friends for Life
I've always felt that Tuesday's treasures are for sharing pictures of 'beautiful' treasures - flowers, artwork, fur babies, etc.  This Tuesday, I have just attended my 40th high school reunion with some of the most wonderful friends I've ever made.  When you think about it, high school is the time that we spend a concentrated amount of time with the same people, day-in and day-out.
