Thanks to Active Rain, I just worked with a buyer to purchase 20 units in Meridian Texas. We have changed the name of the community to Meridian Ridge Homes, LLC. Not only was I the buyers agent, I will be the property manager! This is an exciting opportunity for me to get active in the community in which I grew up and to work closely with my buyer client on the management aspect of his community. Meridian Ridge Homes consists of 10 duplex units offering two bedroom and three bedroom homes at affordable prices. We are currently 100% occupied with a waiting list. … (2 comments)
