Winghaven is a very popular community in O'Fallon, MO. Let's take a look at June 2007 homes sales compared to June 2008: June 2007 Home Sales in Winghaven:

The average size of the homes sold was almost 1,000 sq. ft. less, so that explains some of the price difference.
