I get this question a lot. Every situation is different, but generally speaking, you will be happier with the outcome if you spend a little money and fix your home up a bit. I know...this can cost money. However, you'd be surprised what a little bit of paint and elbow grease can do! Depending on your home and your area, you don't have to buy "top-of-the-line" products to make your home more appealing and generate higher offers.
