I don't know why it is, but Craig's List has really been a great tool in selling some of our family items. It's really amazing how well this site works! Our first experience with Craig's List was when we decided to sell our daughter's car. We put it on the site and had in sold in less than 24 hours! We got our full asking price, too. Amazing! Whew! I was reading a post the other day by Karen Monsour. She said that she had 8 leads in one day! I was thinking: "Wow! That's great! Wouldn't that be nice.....?" Well, since then, I've received 1 renter lead and 4 buyer leads in St. Charles and St. Louis counties (Missouri) in 2 days! Not quite as good as 8, but I'm not complaining...
