Wow! Did anybody see that amazing Cardinal football game last night? My husband and I were cheering for Kurt Warner and his team from the beginning, and he almost gave us heart failure... But we were so excited about the outcome!! Even though Kurt is no longer with the St. Louis Rams, many St. Louisans still love him and wish him the best... Go Kurt! Speaking of football... I know it's just a game, but I'm excited about football again! The St. Louis Rams have had such a poor season that it been rather depressing watching their games... This afternoon, it was so exciting to see Kurt Warner (the Rams' former quarterback) play with the Arizona Cardinals and win! It was just like old times... We're Back in the Super Bowl!!! Oops! I heard more about Rush Limbaugh and his "desire to purchase the Rams". He was interviewed on KMOX this morning. He said that he, of course, has a desire to own an NFL team, but he's not a part of the "billionaire club". He also said that he doesn't owe on anything other than his monthly expenses and he likes it that way. He doesn't even know if the Rams are for sale. So, you know how rumors go... I heard an interesting tidbid recently. I was listening to the news and somebody said that rumor has it that Rush Limbaugh was thinking about buying the St. Louis Rams! Is this true? I don't know. If he did, would they stay in St. Louis? I don't know. I'll keep my ears open and let you know if I learn anything more... :) … (12 comments)
