The Ledgewood Estates is a mid-size townhouse development located in the Forestdale section of Malden, MA.  Nice landscaping welcomes you as you enter the development. 
This well maintained complex was built in two phases.  The first buildings  were built in 1973 as rentals.  The second phase waas built in the early 1980's.  Although the original purpose of the complex was rental property, it now boasts a very high owner occupancy rate.
