In the Canyon County Market of Idaho (Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, Melba, Parma, Wilder,) Many towns are seeing huge shortages of inventory. The above charts you will see a 5 year history of inventory. Units are much lower in the under $100k price categories .... Sales are down because we simply do not have inventory to meet the demands.
