demand: Luxury market of Blackhawk median sale price up 9% from year ago while the asking price little changed - 09/02/11 09:05 PM

Blackhawk's median sold price has increased by 9% in August 2011 from a year ago, whereas the median asking price changed little.  The supply of homes increased by about 1%, however, the demand decreased by 4% over the same period.
