Short sales are challenging at best. Some are more difficult than others. I had great clients. They understood the process, provided me with all the documents I needed in a timely manner and took great care of their home. We quickly received several offers on their Tramonto home. Once under contract, we submitted the short sale package to the lender and in about 30 days we had an approval. Sounds great so far, right?
