It's snowing in Phoenix.... Wordless Wednesday .OK so may just a few words. It is really pretty to see and obvious very unusal for our area. We go over an inch in about 30 minuets. It is now 2 hours later and it is still on the ground.
We all know someone or have had a client who's short sale was countered by Fannie Mae for much more then market value. We try and try, we escalate, we ask for another BPO, we run and provide our own comps. All to no avail.
A little background. I have listed Fannie Mae REO's for several years now. My colleauge's and I have constantly complained to our asset manager's that these properties were listed way to high at 10-20% over market value. As a result we had over priced listings that … (8 comments)

I recently read an article that helped me to really understand what it is all about. Things like, it was originally called Decoration day and that the North and South originally celebrated separate Memorial Days. I Miss Him Already. His name was “Autry”. He was such a silly boy, goofy ears and a little plump around the middle. He drove my dogs crazy. Always wanting to play. Always chewing on their ears.
But they have a way of creeping into your heart. I said I would not get attached. I liked him, but I didn’t feel like we had that special bond.
