It's snowing in Phoenix.... Wordless Wednesday .OK so may just a few words. It is really pretty to see and obvious very unusal for our area. We go over an inch in about 30 minuets. It is now 2 hours later and it is still on the ground.
Every Year I hear stories of pets that have been bitten by a rattlesnake. Some survive and some don't. Well, this year is no different. Except, that it seems to be starting earlier than usual. I recently read a post from my veterinarian that they already have several snake bite victims in the hospital. This is leading them to believe that this is going to be a bad year for snake bites. As report in the Huffungton Post, If an effort to cut back on their loses, the Postal service will cut Saturday deliver for mail but will continue to disburse packages 6 days a week. Mail would be delivered Monday thru Friday but would still be delivered to post office boxes on Saturdays. Post offices that are currently open on Saturdays would remain open on Saturdays. Short sales are challenging at best. Some are more difficult than others. I had great clients. They understood the process, provided me with all the documents I needed in a timely manner and took great care of their home. We quickly received several offers on their Tramonto home. Once under contract, we submitted the short sale package to the lender and in about 30 days we had an approval. Sounds great so far, right? Sunset Ridge Elementary School gets an "A" Did you know that..... Sunset Ridge Elementary School has just received a Grade "A". Recently the Arizona Department of Education changed their grading system for their School achievement profiles. Last year they added the A-F Accountability Achievement Profiles which is a new profile lettering system using "A" through "F" to rate school performance. This has been reported in the past only using Legacy labels instead. Legacy labels have since been phased out.
The letter grades are weighted 50% on student proficiency and 50% on student learning growth for students attending this school.
