The agents that entered the business in the mid-90's and later don't know all the fun they missed having a book to tote around. Listings were published in books printed on newsprint and this was the way agents knew what the latest new listings were, which listings were under contract and which properties had sold and who sold them. Listen to That Little Voice in Your Head When you work long hours your brain gets a little muddled and trusted work practices get pushed aside because of exhaustion. I am speaking of backing up computers and uploading documents to the Cloud for safekeeping. I have been working on a marketing proposal for a developer the last couple of weeks and finally finished it up late last night. I have been working really hard the past few weeks trying to make hay while the sun is shining. Everyone knows that spring is the time to take advantage of the longer work days and sell more houses.
