There is No Perfect House. I hear agents profess to be able to find the buyers the perfect house. Hogwash! IMHO there is no perfect house.
There are houses that have many features that will appeal to the buyer. There are houses that will suit the lifestyle of the buyer. There are house in the buyer's "right" neighborhood. But there are no perfect houses because even after the buyer moves in. they will wish it had something a little different. Buyer's need to accept compromise as part of the buying and selection process.
