Sunflowers The end of the summer is a little sad as the bounty of flowers die off and cease giving forth blooms. Some parts of the country have already had snowflakes and heavy frosts. Most of the flower blooms are succumbing to the cold nights and the lack of extended hours of warm sun during the daytime. However, this sunflower is not ready to let go. Final Saturday of the Season It seems like just a few weeks ago when the market opened for 2018. It has been the biggest market ever with over 80 vendors participating.
