Rental Rates Are Going UP in Clarksville TN The rental market has been plentiful over the last couple of years but now the inventory is being absorbed with the influx of people moving in from the Middle Tennessee market. The fact is that many people have been priced out of the Nashville market for rentals and choose to drive 40 minutes to get a nice rental home or townhome for 2/3's the cost of what it would be in Nashville.
